Founding Declaration
On February 16, 2005, the Kyoto Protocol entered into force. Since its adoption in 1992 the Rio Convention on Climate Change (UN FCCC) has been the centerpiece of global efforts for the conservation of terrestrial ecosystems. Global warming has reached a serious level. In addition to the impact of the greenhouse effect, it has been caused by human activities, and as a result (for the pan-global level) - climate change, a violation of terrestrial ecosystems, the food crisis, diseases and other problems threaten the survival of the human race.
